Our journey into professionally partnering on properties and cohosting started when we endured hardships of being landlords. Late rents, costly repairs, properties being uncared for, and stressful phone calls ultimately exhausted our excitement for traditional real estate investing. Through this experience we naturally evolved into a fulfilling venture in vacation rental hosting. We've been in your shoes - excited about the possibilities but aware of the challenges. After years of successfully hosting our own properties, we decided to use our experience to help others. Our philosophy is simple: treat each property like our own and ensure our homeowners get the most value from their investments.
